Theres no set answer, unfortunately. Each case is unique and specific to its needs and some can take longer or shorter depending on it’s complexity.
Absolutely! Every Investigator in the state of Florida is required to hold a Class C Private Investigator License under the Department of Agriculture Division of Licensing. Chapter 493 and Administrative Code 5N-1 governs the rules and regulations for Private Investigators.
The best way to determine if you need the help of an investigator, is to have a consultation to go over the facts of the situation. Consultations are generally free, and are confidential.
The short answer is no. Private Investigators work around the schedule of their cases to obtain the best evidence for their clients and casework.
Sometimes this can happen if there’s no evidence to be found. The Investigator will do everything they can to uncover the facts, but they cannot and should never fabricate events of a case to please a client.
